Performance Mentoring & Athletic Development
Carl provides mentorship, performance guidance and athletic development systems for athletes and coaches operating across different stages of the performance pathway.
Drawing on 35+ years in elite professional and international sport, the focus is not simply training programmes, but helping individuals develop the awareness, behaviours and physical preparation required to perform consistently at higher levels of competition.

Elite performance is not built through training alone.
It is developed through the integration of physical preparation, behavioural awareness, and performance intelligence.
My Framework develops athletes who are not only physically prepared, but capable of thinking clearly, adapting under pressure and performing consistently at the highest level.
Build the physical and behavioural foundations required for elite sport.

Perform represents the stage where preparation, awareness and execution combine.
“At elite level talent is assumed.
The separator is self-awareness, preparation and the ability to perform when it matters.” Carl Jennings

Alongside his work in elite professional sport, Carl has invested heavily in long-term athlete development within the community, creating programs that deliver meaningful and lasting impact.
In 2016, Carl founded the Super 6 High Performance Program in Western Sydney — a unique, large-scale athletic development initiative that became a leading provider of its kind in Australia.
Built on an inclusive high-performance model, the program was supported by local government and educational institutions, providing structured development opportunities for athletes of all backgrounds.
Over an 8-year period, the program delivered more than 40,000 athlete visits, positively influencing the physical, mental and emotional development of young people across the community.
The Belief:
High performance should be inclusive, not exclusive.
The Super 6 High Performance Program created a safe and structured environment for young people, regardless of ability, ethnic background, religious beliefs or socio-economic background — helping them fulfil their potential in sport and life.
To develop young athletes through structured exposure to:
The program is underpinned by a “behaviour first” approach.
Working with elite athletes reinforced that:
Behavioural traits drive performance and long-term success in both sport and life.
Athletes were guided through six key behaviours:
The S6HP program has helped young athletes:
This work reflects Carl’s broader philosophy:
👉 High performance is not just developed at the top — it is built through consistent environments, strong coaching and clear standards over time.
